Marketing services pricing

Your marketing needs are unique to your business. No two companies have the exact same history, internal skills, competitive environment or budget. Outlook Business Solutions digs deep and creates strategy and tactics to help you break through your specific growth barriers. We offer two pricing packages that can be purchased separately or combined to provide consistent and flexible marketing support for your company.

Strategy development package:

With commitment from your company’s leadership to 5 hours of honest and direct collaboration with our marketing strategist, Outlook Business Solutions will create a business growth marketing strategy for up to 3 target market segments. At the end of this engagement, you will have a clear, documented strategy that provides the framework for message development, content development, and tactical selection and implementation. Cost of this package is $3,500.

Strategy update packages:

Your company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats will change over time. Sometimes, as with the pandemic, those changes happen suddenly and unexpectedly. Other changes, like transitioning your business to a successor, happen over several years. Outlook Business Solutions can help you keep your marketing strategy current with updates on a frequency that meets your needs.

Strategy Update Package Levels

Marketing subscription package:

With our simplified subscription program, your organization can use prepaid marketing hours for any of the following services:

1. Project management, including collaborating with and coordinating your other external marketing vendors
2. Copywriting
3. Copyediting and proofreading
4. Graphic art and design
5. Client data management through HubSpot (Outlook Business Solutions is a HubSpot Partner agency)
6. Research

Marketing Subscription Package Levels

• Additional hours can be purchased at your current subscription level.

• Annual subscriptions may rollover unused hours with a 12-month expiration on unused hours. Rollovers are not available for monthly subscribers.

• You may switch from a monthly to an annual subscription at any time, however, annual subscription discounts are not retroactive.

• Hourly open rate (no subscription) is $125 per hour for services listed.

• Services do not include: website construction, social media posting and management, search engine optimization, media buying, media relations, photography or videography. Outlook Business Solutions will contract these services on your behalf, with our time being billed against your subscription; actual cost of these additional services will be passed directly to you at our cost without markup.

How Outlook Business Solutions marketing professionals work with your internal staff

Consider the Outlook Business Solutions team of independent marketing professionals an extension of your internal staff. We customize the relationship to fit your needs, running everything through our project manager assigned to you or giving your team direct access to the marketing professionals working on your project. Your bill will be based on your subscription level or project-based work and will not be influenced by how many professionals are involved.
